Anatomy

Cell 24px, half a module from its label
Unchosen a --tissue ring round clean paper
Chosen an --ink fill with a --chip-fg dot from the pixel set
Hot the ring or the fill turns --state
Change the newly chosen cell fires a 280ms flare; the one it replaced empties without one
Group a fieldset with its legend in the label voice; options half a module apart
Input real radios, visually hidden: arrow keys move the choice natively

The flare’s length is read from the engine at build time (rule.ts).

Decisions

  • The checkbox’s cell

A radio is the checkbox’s cell with a dot for its glyph, so one shape means “choose”, and the glyph says how many.

  • One flare

Only the newly chosen cell fires. The old one simply empties: one interaction, one flare.

  • The inputs stay real

The radios are the platform’s own, hidden, so arrow keys and forms work as everywhere else.
